Happy birthday to me, I'm 22 on Monday, but if everyone's free this coming Saturday I thought we could all go out to eat someplace and grab a movie. There's a convo up on Consumating about it too, but this one's getting used a bit too. So I'm thinking Durant's, or some other pizza place. I just need to know what this weekend's looking like for everyone.

None of us can afford a place like Durant's, if you want pizza I suggest Oregano's because there's a bunch all over town, it's a nice restaurant, the atmosphere is neat and the food is affordable but still really good.

Just a suggestion though.

Durant's isn't a pizza place either. They have like fillet mignon and lobster.

http://www.durantsaz.com/ shows it as a "fine dining" place. So yeah, that's a no. Unless you confused "Durant's" with "Domino's". That I can do.

I am so not doing Domino's for a birthday dinner. I can do that any day of the week. I was thinking something slightly more upscale than the corner pizza joint, and since everybody pretty much dumped on Durant's, we're going to Grimaldi's in Old Scottsdale, Saturday about 6 ish.

Oh and Devin... god, how do I say this... Sweety... you aren't um... ... invited.

There's an Oregano's in Old Scottsdale ya know. And it's nicer than Grimaldi's and there's a bigger menu.

I like lobsters. I totally try to play with them when they have the rubberbands on.

As far as Oregano's goes, it's always so crowded and noisy, unless we got a seat on the patio, and even then it's going to be chilly out at 6 pm and probably still noisy and crowded. I'm not sure if Grimaldi's is any better. You can thank Tim for the recommendation, he says the food is good.

Yeah Oregano's will either take 3 hours to get a table, or it'll get rained on. I'm down for Grimaldi's. I've never been there. Maybe we can all go to Sugar Bowl afterwards for ice creams?

I don't really care where we go afterwards as long as it's dessertish. Tim suggested some gelato joint down the block.
