Los Angeles/Pasadena tonight! 2/04/08 Music

as also posted on original gangsta consumating, 'the poet like an acrobat' will be performing tonight with two other ladies as the Philadelphia super-group 'Feed the Birds'. it's a mix of covers (Johnny Cash, etc.), alternative, and folk, mostly. the venue:

The Old Towne Pub (Graverobbers Jukebox)
66 N. Fair Oaks Ave.
Pasadena

and it's tricky to find... you locate the block (North of Colorado), then go through an archway in the middle of the block, then turn right in the alley, and it's one of the two unmarked clubs there... the one slightly to the left.

if you are for sure going, please tell aleigh that i'm SO SORRY i missed it- but i am incredibly contagious and cannot leave my house. :cry:

probably only going if other consumators go... i saw the last show. they're really good, especially her. she has a memorable voice. sorry that you're sick...
