Specifically AIM chatrooms. I am watching You've Got Mail for the 422nd time and remembering that the two characters met in an Over 30 chatroom. I really miss hanging out in chat rooms.

Mine was the X Files chatroom. It was fantastic. We mercilessly ridiculed n00bs and corrected people's grammar. And we almost never talked about X Files. I mean we all loved X Files, but that's not what it was all a bout. It was a community. My first community.

I met my ex in TEEN CHAT. (OMG.) But that was back in '99 when I was a little IM whore. Ok, I still kind of am. :O

Text chat never works for me on there. I'm probably doing something wrong though. I'll try it next time. MAYBE TONIGHT.
